Fill out applications and notarize. Pay $100 refundable deposit and $50 application fee.
You will receive application complete letter and public notice.
Send Public Notice to Uvalde Leader-News.
Public Notice has 2 weeks to contest once it has appeared in newspaper.
Send Publisher's affidavit and tear sheet to us.
We will send you an approved letter, which will serve as your permit to drill.
Your driller will provide us with a log.
Your deposit will be refunded.
