To-Do List for a Non-Exempt Well
• Fill out Application & Notarize. Pay $100 refundable
deposit** & $50 Application Fee.
• You will receive application complete letter and public
notice.
• Send Public Notice to Uvalde Leader News.
• Public has 2 weeks to contest once it has appeared in
paper.
• Send Publisher’s affidavit and tear sheet to us.
• We will send you an approval letter, which will serve as
your permit to drill.
• Your driller will provide us with a log.
• Your Deposit will be refunded.
